SHIPPING & RETURNS

We are committed to providing you the best! This theme is not just for our products but our process as well. Once your order is placed, it takes 2-4 business days to process your order. Depending on the shipping time that is selected, it will be EXACTLY that timeframe. For example, our expedited shipping is 2-4 business days after your order has been processed in 3-4 business days.  If you need to change your shipping time, please email support@maicelallure.com and we will response within 24 hours. We do not offer overnight shipping.  We require a signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination. No shipping on Weekends and Holidays. 

If you received your order and want to make a change please email us at support@maicelallure.com. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be $25 flat rate fee deducted. When shipping back your item please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include tracking number and insurance in case of any carrier issues. Maicel Allure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages! 

***Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. In order to receive credit for your exchange the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it. No exchanges can be accepted after 5 business days once you received it. Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way.
