SHIPPING & RETURNS

We are committed to providing you the best! This theme is not just for our products but our process as well. Once your order is placed, it takes 2-4 business days to process your order. Depending on the shipping time that is selected, it will be EXACTLY that timeframe. For example, our expedited shipping is 2-4 business days after your order has been processed in 3-4 business days.  If you need to change your shipping time, please email support@maicelallure.com and we will response within 24 hours. We do not offer overnight shipping.  We require a signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination. No shipping on Weekends and Holidays. 

If you received your order and want to make a change please email us at support@maicelallure.com. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be $25 flat rate fee deducted. When shipping back your item please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include tracking number and insurance in case of any carrier issues. Maicel Allure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages! 

***Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. In order to receive credit for your exchange the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it. No exchanges can be accepted after 5 business days once you received it. Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. COSMETICS SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

If the items are IN STOCK any orders placed Monday-Friday before 3PM ET will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and shipped either the same day or the next day. Orders placed after 5 PM ET will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM ET will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. ORDERS ARE NEVER SHIPPED ON SATURDAY UNLESS OF AN ORDER EMERGENCY. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS. All packages are shipped via USPS. Priority mail takes up to 3 business days to ship anywhere in the United States. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost. THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS! Once an order is placed, we do NOT cancel orders.
